It never makes sense to continue spending business assets and time on a matter when a positive resolution can be reached. However, we realize that in some situations, using the court system is the best or only option for moving a dispute toward a favorable resolution, and we are very comfortable in the courtroom.

Although client involvement is critical to achieving a positive result, we try to manage cases in a way that allows continued, normal operations of the business, so that the impact of a dispute is minimized as much as possible.
